Battle of France The battle of France also known as the (Fall of France) began May 10 1940 British and France planned to fight an update version of what happened during WW 1 in 1914 , they wanted revenge. The slow tempo of WW 1 influenced French millitary doctrine at the outbreak of WW 2. Hitler was eager to follow up his victory over Poland in 1939 by attacking in the west (France). The speed of the German air raid gave them a huge advantage, they drop parachutes from everywhere. Allies pushed their best forces by planning an operation to advance to the River, but it was pushed back by Germans. Hitler knows that he will have to break us in this Island or lose the war. If we can stand up to him, all Europe may be free and the life of By advancing into low countries allies were the world may move forward into broad, sunlit dancing to Hitler’s tune The French military surrender. uplands Winston Churchill - June 18, 1940

Germany Summary Page The actions of the Germans provoke the world to go to

Germany Summary Page The actions of the Germans provoke the world to go to war because Germany thought they had the most powerful military base than any other countries. Hitler and his crew felt that they can just invade another country when ever they felt like it. Since Germany had been punished in the first world war, they wanted revenge. Hitler wanted to set things straight. He didn’t want the world to think his army was weak. Even though most of the allies lost the war. They sill fought back and kept a final proposal. They was fighting for there rights, land, and resources. When some of the world notice what the Germans were doing , caused them (allies to partner up. ) Somebody had to stop Germans at least once. They realize Germany was being bullies, and were also betraying their allies. So it came to a point where the Germans met their match, Britain who had one of the strongest military base wasn’t giving up after days of invasion. The British army gave Germany their first military defeat. But this didn’t put a stop on grimy old Germany. They still went around causing problems. To stop Hitler and Germans from invading other countries the world should have came together as just one big army and take down the Germans. Or they should have reacted first instead of waiting until Germans came in their town to strike first. If I was a member of the allies I would have bombed Germany before they can even make a move on anybody. I bet if the world did this Germany would be worrying about reconstructing their country instead of picking at war with different nations.
