Q I’ve never heard of energyclubnz, how do I know if they are reliable? A Your supply of energy still comes from the same place, it’s just the name on the bill that changes. Any faults or outages will still be resolved by the same energy network provider. Q I’m not sure that I want to switch. Objection Handling A With no lock in contracts or fixed terms, you can always switch back if you’re unhappy, but I think you’ll really enjoy the weekly billing. It helps you keep track of how much energy you’re using and keeps a lid on your spending. Q Cost-price sounds too good to be true… is it? A Your electricity usage is charged at cost price, but energyclubnz charges a weekly club fee ($5. 00 for standard users, or a discounted $2. 40 low users). energyclubnz aren’t in the business of squeezing you for money, they are actively trying to help customers reduce their bills by providing them with more visibility on their usage.
