NASA Specialized Center of Research (NSCOR) at Emory University’s Winship Cancer Institute and the Medical College of Georgia lead a five year study on how a component of space radiation may induce lung cancer. This NSCOR consists of a team of scientists with complementary skills who work closely together to solve a set of research questions NASA Space Grant Consortium at Georgia Tech Part of the 52 state based, university led Consortia to develop interdisciplinary space related research infrastructure, and develop and implement student programs.
