WHAT IS GEOMETRY • the branch of mathematics concerned with the properties and relations of points, lines, surfaces, solids, and higher dimensional analogs.
GEOMETRY • Not like algebra! • There is much more writing involved in geometry. • Be prepared to write a lot!
