Millenial Work-Based Learning and Careers • Millennial will be looking for work at businesses which have health care plans and a stable future. • Due to continual changing technology this generation may choose a WBL program in the auto trades which is very complex today. Health care and computer repair as well as business class all have excellent futures which this generation may choose to pursue.
