Persona for User 1 Her name is Nabilah Binti Muhd Rasib. She is a athlete on bicycle sport for university. She need to follow her training schedule to make improve her skill and performance on that sport. Normally she need to training every day, and on weekend she will need to training more time. Therefore, her bicycle is very important for her to ensure that she can go for training and also help her going to the class. She is a person that always use her computer or smart phone to find any information. She is well in computer use because she also up-to-date about technology (IT). Sometimes, her bicycle broken for a certain part, but she is not have time to send the bicycle to the mechanic. She also always need to use her bicycle and she more prefer to repair it by herself. But, she are not well in bicycle repair. Therefore, she need an information and also video tutorial that can help her to repair the bicycle if has any broken part.

Persona for User 2 Fatin Nadiah is a Teacher in SMK Sultan Sulaiman, Terengganu. She teaches physical education and has over 10 years experienced in that field. She likes to do outdoor activities and started involved in activities climb hill using bicycle. But, she was too busy and didn’t have time to send her bicycle to the mechanic and make some renovation. However, because she is a smart learner, she decides to search in the internet about how to renovate her bicycle and want to do it by her own. She want to learn how to repair and renovate her bicycle because at least when her bicycle in a bad condition and need to be repair, she know the steps and can do it by her own.
