WHY DO WE STILL NEED TO ADDRESS GENDER INEQUALITY? GENDER PAY GAP WOMEN IN MANAGEMENT WOMEN’S ROLES LEADERSHIP SKILLED WORKFORCE But some parts of Wales have gender pay gaps of up to 25. 5% 8% 42% 8% of working women in Wales are managers, directors and senior officials, vs 11% of men who are managers. 16. 5% of women work in admin and secretarial occupations compared to just 5. 1% of men. 42% of women work part-time compared to just 12. 7% of men. 6% Of the top 100 companies in Wales, 6% have female Chief Executives 3% 20% of working men in Wales are within skilled trade (E. g. construction) compared to only 3% of women.
