LOCAL LEVEL- THROUGH WOMEN WORK • Fostering a culture of inclusiveness by enhancing women’s professional and personal growth. • Women Work is run by a committee of volunteers from across the business, who are tasked with filtering communications throughout the organisation • Executive sponsor Simon Scrivens (MD of Healthcare segment) • Given an operating budget by the D&I team, and encouraged to partner with clients and suppliers • Currently 700 members from across the business • Annual activity plan including a mentoring scheme, celebrations of international Women’s Day, an annual conference, educational sessions, inspirational speakers and networking opportunities. 8
