BIG PICTURE To review the process of SMART goals. To look at the principles involved and see how they can be used in sport to an athletes benefit. You will create a goal and set your own SMART goals for your PEP to help you achieve that target.

LEARNING OUTCOMES All pupils will be able to identify what SMART goals are. All

Some pupils will create their own SMART goals for in a sporting context and be able to assist in others setting SMART goals.
