Announcements

(1/4) 1. Thanks to Pastor Wan-Ting Tsai for leading the service today. We beg to God to bless her and her family, and also the service of Pastor Tsai. 2. We will continue to use the Zoom meeting for Sunday worship following the county and Presbytery guideline. Everyone will be notified when we can resume normal worship service.

(2/4) 3. Invitation for the Zoom meeting will be sent out before each Saturday evening. If you need help on joining the meeting, please contact the coworkers to arrange assistance. 4. In July, we had sent another $1, 250 donation to the Food Bank, the total donation is $18, 700 for the Food Bank. No update for Luke Medical. Thank you for your love. Please continue to pray for these two organizations.

(3/4) 5. We are in urgent need of audio/sound workers to participate in Sunday worship services. If you are interested, please contact the coworkers to arrange training. 6. Rev. Fed will end his vacation on Sept. 7 and will be back on Sept. 8 to serve in the church, thank God they are home safe.

(4/4) 7. 9/26(Sat) fall cleaning, the Session decided to postpone the whole church cleaning until the week before the government announces that we can come back to church, we will give prior notice. 8. 9/27 (Sun. ) using Zoom for the Joint Deacon & Session Meeting, please reserve time to attend. If you have any suggestions, please email or send a line message to the members so that they can be placed on the agenda.

Scripture Reading Romans 13: 8 -14

Romans 13: 8 -14 （1/6） 8 Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.

Romans 13: 8 -14 （2/6） 9 The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery, ” “You shall not murder, ” “You shall not steal, ” “You shall not covet, ”[a] and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself. ”[b]

Romans 13: 8 -14 （3/6） 10 Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. 11 And do this, understanding the present time: The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.
