Usually, the red numbering is ignored for the bills. What are the readings on these two meters?
Old-style dial meters are harder to read. Notice how alternate dials are read clockwise then anticlockwise! If the pointer is between two numbers, then you read the lower number. If the pointer is between nine and zero then the lower number is nine. What is the reading on this meter?
