Establish a project advisory committee (PAC) comprised of tribal, state and federal representatives that will provide leadership, direction, input and assessment for the successful completion of projects related to this initiative. 2. Assessment and Development. Develop tribal capacity to share crime data inter-tribally and with the State of New Mexico. 3. Analyze Information Exchanges. Define the exchanges that can and should occur among and between tribes and the state and federal government. 4. Implement Standards. Establish minimum data collection and reporting standards that meet the needs of various agencies and also provides sufficient information for meaningful crime data analysis. 5. Conform with GJXDM. Define exchange transactions and documents that conform with this important standard. 6. Provide Access.
