Class is CLOSED on the date that the UPL Packets are due. Any packets received after the due date will be scheduled for the next month class. a. Under the tab UPL Packet, the required forms are as follows: 1. UPL Duty Appointment Orders (Dated the month of certification) 2. National Background Check (Form & Results from CID) 3. ADCO Records Check (Results from DTC) c.
