Objectives Students will: �Write verbs in the future tense
Definitions Future Tense �A verb that tells that something is going to happen. �For example: Derek will bring his new book about birds. Derek and Gretchen will look for some nests.
Rules �To form the future tense of a verb, use the helping verb “will” or “shall” with the main verb. �Shall is often used with “I” or “we. ” Shall we invite Melissa? She will probably come with us.
