Definition of Moebius Syndrome/Sequence • Minimum criteria: – Congenital, uni- or bilateral nonprogressive facial weakness and limited abduction of the eye(s). • Additional features may include: – other cranial nerve, motor, orofacial, musculo-skeletal, neurodevelopmental and social problems.
Mechanisms of Moebius A.
