Emerging Nanoelectronics • objective: nanoelectronics beyond 10 nm, non-CMOS – hybrid CMOS-molecular, – nanowires

Emerging Nanoelectronics • objective: nanoelectronics beyond 10 nm, non-CMOS – hybrid CMOS-molecular, – nanowires - nanotubes – single-molecule electronics • rationale: – non-CMOS electronics for integration into CMOS and later for independent technology – new functions, low cost, manufacturing, self-organisation • constituencies: electronics, physics, chemistry, (biology)
