“Raise The Spirit” Fund Raiser Dear Fund-raising Coordinator, Thank you for accepting the Coca-Cola “Raise The Spirit” Fund Raiser Packet. Coca-Cola is delivering one of the easiest ways to raise money for your organization. Here is how it works: • Before beginning your sale, contact your Coca-Cola Sales Representative to assist in setting up a time and a date for delivery. • Supply your Coca-Cola Representative with your State Tax Exemption form (if applicable) when setting up your sale. • Set goals based on revenue needed for your organization, keeping in mind that maximum price benefits will be attained at 501 cases or more. • Determine how much you will sell the product for (or simply use our suggested retail) and indicate that amount on your sales forms. Make copies of the order form and be sure to provide plenty of sales sheets and order forms to the people selling. Please have customers make their checks payable to your organization.

Make sure to confirm the date and time for your delivery. Orders must be turned in a minimum of 7 business days before the delivery date. Additional cases can be added up until 72 hours prior to delivery. • On the delivery day, the Coca-Cola truck will bring all cases ordered to your parking lot and the driver will unload the cases on pallets, PRIOR to pick-up time for customers. If drinks are to be delivered to an inside location, the door should be at least 4 feet wide to accommodate the use of an Electric Jack. Product delivered on pallets. • Please check the order with the delivery driver to make sure the order is correct. Complete the Fund Raiser Verification Form with the driver to note any discrepancies in your order to receive any credit or swap any product. In the event that all of your products are not received on the day of the event, please contact your sales representative. • If any cases are removed from the pallets before the count is complete, any credit will be voided. • Sign the invoice and pay the driver in full for the invoice amount, making one payment to “Coca-Cola”. Due to the significant dollar amount of these transactions, we only accept cash, money order or cashier’s check. Business checks will only be accepted from Schools. Sorry, we do not accept counter checks or personal checks. • Once the cases are unloaded and counted, the customers come to your location and pick up their drinks.

Fund Raiser Policy • This Fund-raising Program is designed for Non-Profit Organizations to sell to individual friends and families. Absolutely NO Sales to Coca-Cola Dealers (Convenience Stores/Grocery Stores/Drug Stores, etc. ) • Cases are delivered by tractor-trailer and dropped off by pallets to a designated area. Coca -Cola can only deliver to public locations. No deliveries to homes or neighborhood areas. • Delivery times: Monday, Wednesday between 8 a. m. – 2: 30, and Saturday between 8 a. m. – 11: 00 a. m. All deliveries will have a 1–hour delivery time window. • In the event that you need to swap product or have additional orders, please contact your Coca-Cola Sales Representative, and make sure you do so within 7 -days after delivery. Orders after 7 -days will be considered a separate fund raiser and case price will change. • Additional orders will need to be at least 20 -cases for Coca-Cola to deliver. If not, the order must be picked up at the Local Sales Center. • PLEASE REMEMBER DO NOT SIGN THE INVOICE UNTIL ALL PRODUCT IS VERIFIED AND THE VERIFICATION FORM IS SIGNED. ANY PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED MUST BE NOTED ON THE INVOICE & THE VERIFICATION FORM PROVIDED BY THE DRIVER.
