Co Members, D. C. members, CE Offices, etc. Ø Debriefing Service for the Needy in Disaster/Tragedies • Clinical Psychological Service for Cases of NGO IFSCs • Collaboration/Division of Labour between IFSC and Integrated Services run by 3 NGOs • Interfacing issues between IFSC and other communitybased services • Manual of Procedures for IFSC (for both SWD and subvented sector) 11

進展(六): 「推行綜合家庭服務中心 作小組商議進展」 28. 5. 2004 • Funding & Service Agreement on IFSC (First Discussion Draft) Ø To delete wordings of “These agreed levels of Output Indicators are minimum requirements only” from the Draft FSA; Ø Feasibility and suitability of the proposed target to operate 15 sessions per week needed to be reviewed • Output Indicators: Ø Increase Flexibility by Combining Output Indicators into Clusters; • Agency-based FSA: Ø The FSA per each IFSC will be worked out first; Ø For agencies with two or more IFSCs, the total agency output can be shared by all the IFSCs in the same NGO. • Reasonable Workload for NGO IFSC with 12 -14 RSWs is requested and needed to be discussed in next Task Group meetings. 12
