3 REGISTERED TRADEMARKS USAGE • SGC, GGCs, JGCs and Bethels – No permission needed for printed materials • Stationary, programs, invitations, napkins, bylaws, forms, promotion banners, event flyers, business cards, web and social media pages • All other uses require permission from the Board of Trustees (Form 280) and may require a usage fee to be paid before the item is produced • If permission is obtained and all possible usage fees paid then SGC, GGC, JGC or Bethel may contract with a vendor to produce items with the trademarks, but that vendor is limited to that usage only • No individual or outside group may use the 3 registered trademarks without SPECIFIC permission from the Board of Trustees Job's Daugthers International Board of Trustees - Updated August 24, 2016 3

ONLINE SELLING INFORMATION • No one may sell items online with the any of the 10 trademarks except, DMI, SGC or committees thereof - This has been in place for many, many years. • Online includes Facebook, website, auctions • If the item is in conjunction with a formal JDI event and you are selling the item as a part of that event you may post the picture of the item. You may post the order form if it is part of the event registration packet. • If the item is not in conjunction with a formal JDI event you may post a picture but you may not post the order form. • You may not transact any sale online. ie e.
