Usually on Palm Sunday we talk about His entry into Jerusalem Mat 21: 6

Usually on Palm Sunday we talk about His entry into Jerusalem Mat 21: 6 So the disciples went and did as Jesus commanded them. 7) They brought the donkey and the colt, laid their clothes on them, and set Him on them. 8) And a very great multitude spread their clothes on the road; others cut down branches from the trees and spread them on the road.

9) Then the multitudes who went before and those who followed cried out, saying:

9) Then the multitudes who went before and those who followed cried out, saying: “Hosanna to the Son of David! ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!’ Hosanna in the highest!” 10) And when He had come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, “Who is this? ”

11) So the multitudes said, “This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth of Galilee.

11) So the multitudes said, “This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth of Galilee. ” We always celebrate this triumphal entry but there is another entry which is really the entry above all entries. Here Jesus’ disciples proclaim Him as the Savior King but Israel rejects Him the following week

Yet we know that men can say whatever they want but it doesn’t change

Yet we know that men can say whatever they want but it doesn’t change this fact: Phil 2: 9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth,

and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that

and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. So it really doesn’t depend on what men say. So what was the bigger triumphal entry?

Heb 7: 26) For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is

Heb 7: 26) For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens; Heb 8: 1 Now this is the main point of the things we are saying: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens, a Minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man.

Heb 9: 11) But Christ came as High Priest of the good things to

Heb 9: 11) But Christ came as High Priest of the good things to come, with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. 12) Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.

Heb 9: 24) For Christ has not entered the holy places made with hands,

Heb 9: 24) For Christ has not entered the holy places made with hands, which are copies of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us; Heb 10: 12) But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God

Heb 10: 19) Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood

Heb 10: 19) Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20) by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, 21) and having a High Priest over the house of God,

22) let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith,

22) let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. 23) Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
