Honesty • Being honest means telling the truth • Often that may not be what a friend wants to hear • This man obviously doesn’t have a good friend (or a mirror) “Do you think the ‘bling’ is too much for this outfit? “
You’re not really a very good singer, don’t quit your day job! Ok, thanks for that, I'll do plastic surgery instead and make millions, and hang out all day will rock stars. Negative Comments or Criticisms…… Think of them as opportunities to grow!

Behavioral Response Our actions — how we respond both verbally and physically when confronted with a situation, based on our beliefs and feelings about it.

Attaining Perfection! • Have Realistic Expectations – We expect to much from ourselves. • Perfection is not possible but bettering ourselves should be a lifetime goal. • We grow with models who appear to be perfect at everything.
