FRENCH WINE & FOOD ITINERARY

INTRODUCTION v Would you like to go on a wine and food trip in France?

TASK v You work for a travel agency and you have received some requests of wine and food itinerary in France. v It’s a very big Country and so you have to choose your top 5 destinations for the itinerary. The result must be an interactive map to be included in your travel agency website. v You aren’t on your own : you are part of a team of people and you have to work with them.

DEVELOPMENT In your team there are 4 people: • A wine expert • A food expert • A travel agent ( who has to find the most convenient travel option for all budgets) • A designer ( who has to create the interactive map using Images Actives) In the map you have to indicate with a spot where the 5 destinations are. And when you click on the spot you will see this and inside you must include a typical dish and wine of the region with a short description and a picture. At the end you have to make a presentation of the map itself and also explain how you did it.

CONCLUSION In this webquest you have learnt not only about French cuisine, but also about geography and how a travel agency works. Finally, you have given the presentation in front of an audience.
