Look at your first activity Take a minute to think about it : is it urgent ? Is this important ? then put within the matrix. ﺍﻧﻈﺮ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻭﻝ ﻧﺸﺎﻁ ﻭ ﻓﻜﺮ ﻗﻠﻴﻼ ﻓﻰ ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺠﺪﻭﻝ

take a minute to think about the relationships between activities. • Look to quadrant 1 and quadrant 2 then compare activities : • are activities in quadrant one more urgent than quadrant 2 ? • Then look to quadrant 2 and 3 : • are activities in quadrant 2 more important than quadrant 3 ?

• Would you change the position of some activities within the matrix?
