Info JO RNE: if certain groups want to log in to test 3 with their personal accounts during the testing and then check which notifications are users involved in that dossier receiving, of course (FTE can use the opportunity when you have IMs “at your table” as part of the FTE testing for approving the CR). Proposal Julia, Felicia and Florian will organize a test outside the Test-Group of 3 rd of May 2021 for testing this function. Use PCS Test 3. First check if differences are displayed in case of similar RU/IM calendar; then modify the RU calendar by adding and deleting a day - check if this is displayed correctly in the compare calendar variant. First check if differences are displayed in case of similar Applicant/C-OSS and IM-calendar; them modify the Applicant calendar by adding and deleting periods of days and single days – check if this is displayed correctly in compare calendar view. After that modify the C-OSS and IM-calendar by adding and deleting periods of time and single days and check the result. Following use cases are possible: cases with multiple sub paths per territory, combined Pa. P-tailor-made-solution, sandwich Pa. P-solution, dossiers with alternative origin Y-trains Check if the displayed dates do represent all running dates correctly. Check this function especially in observation and final offer phase. FTE Change Requests Phase 2 Registration of Test-Results using only RNE Web form It’s open until Friday 7 th May 2021 at 18 h The final approval of the FTE CRs will be realized in a formal way by FTE / RUs. The IMs and RFCs are kindly invited to insert their test-results and statement about “pass”, “with comments” and “failed”, in order to get a global overview. If not, we must define the next steps (up-dates, test again, evaluation, approve) * MS Team Invitation already sent by Matteo to all leaders RU, IM and RFC. Telco will take place from 15 -17 h.
