Consortia deliverables • Construction Schedule: – should map to the developed WBS structure – To be developed at the conceptual-level as part of the ongoing planning process • Two additional consortia deliverables for the next LBNC meeting (February 19 -21): – Documentation of Requirements/Specifications associated with each detector subsystem: a one-page spreadsheet from each consortia summarizing the targeted specifications of their subsystem and how these tie into physics requirements – Initial documentation of major risks associated with the development and construction of each subsystem: an additional one-page spreadsheet from each consortia summarizing their top few risks and potential approaches for mitigation – To be handle in a relatively simplistic manner in order not to interfere with the other critical consortia efforts focusing on the Technical Proposal – be approached from a bottoms-up manner (these are our specifications and these are the requirements that influence them) • We will prepare a draft and ask the WG groups for contributions
