Project Status

Forensic Project Status • Project remains Green… • QA contract/SOW completed and Integrated Solutions Group (ISG) on boarded. • Published Requirements Document (RD). • Completed Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) review with DSE and BHA Architect. • Detailed Project Plan through implementation.

Forensic System Advisory Committee Recommendation to create this new advisory committee for project support through implementation. A biweekly committee appointed by Tom. Committee Objectives: • Business rule/process clarifications • Representatives of major system roles • Order Processors • Schedulers • Evaluators • Program Administrators • Testing/SME’s • Change Agents • Training support • Go-live support This committee would be advisory only. Decisions remain with Governance.

Imaging Solutions update. ESA/Electronic Case Record (ECR): • Meeting scheduled (3/28) with technical teams to explore feasibility. DSHS/MODIS: • Conducted initial meeting (3/6) with technical teams. • Demo/Q & A scheduled (4/14).

Issues Update

• Forensic Admissions Waitlist: In-process On track to have conceptual approval by 3/31. • OFMHS has presented an AG reviewed format. • Project team has a formula to score and rank. • Transparent and defensible waitlist! Forensic Admission Waitlist workshop scheduled 3/28. • Run existing forensic admission waitlist ‘orders’ through new algorithm. • Analyze for flaws/GAPS. • Analyze for priority (TCEA/RTF) admissions.
