Assumptions You are an independent consultant hired by the firm to conduct a research

Assumptions You are an independent consultant hired by the firm to conduct a research project and to prepare a formal report. l As a business person your efforts will be judged by: l l l Your command of the research question, The validity of your results, The quality of your presentation, and Whether you can state the relevant results succinctly. Your audience has no specialized training in either mathematics or forecasting techniques.

Evaluation of Models l Approximately 2 to 3 pages l Gives a general description

Evaluation of Models l Approximately 2 to 3 pages l Gives a general description of at least two evaluation methods (e. g. , MSE and MAD) l Includes specific results for each model analyzed l Evaluation supports the original recommendation
