Force A Presentation By Mrs. Pooja P. Dani
Force is required to set a stationary object in motion, to change the speed or direction of a moving object or to change the shape of an object.
Types of Forces Gravitational Force: If we throw any object from a certain height, it will fall down. Why? Because – that object is pulled by the earth. This force applied by the earth is called gravitational force or gravity.

Types of Forces Muscular Force: The force applied using parts of the body like arms or legs is called muscular force. Also the force applied through the use of animals is also called as muscular force
Types of Forces Mechanical Force: The force applied by using machines is called mechanical force
Every Magnet has two poles – South pole and the north pole. Two different poles attract each other and similar poles repel each other. This property of magnetism leads to one kind of force. Demo of Magnetic Force
Types of Forces Magnetic Force: The force exerted by a magnet is called magnetic force.

Types of Forces Frictional Force: A force that resists the relative motion of objects that are in contact with each other is called frictional force. Demo of Friction Because of this force, we are able to walk on the ground or write with a pencil or pen. Friction always acts in a direction opposite to the motion of the body. Friction between different surfaces is different.
Types of Forces Static Electric Force: Electricity produced due to friction is called static electric force. It is a weak force compared to other forces. It is obtained by rubbing specific substances on one another.
