YOU WILL NEED: A CHOPPING BOARD A GRATER A SHARP KNIFE COOKED CHICKEN COOKED HAM CHEESE TUNA EGG OR OTHER FOODS THAT ARE A SOURCE OF PROTEIN TODAY’S TASK IS TO USE THE SKILLS YOU USED LAST WEEK TO PREPARE SOME DIFFERENT FOOD FROM THE PROTEIN FAMILY. ONCE PREPARED, YOU THEN NEED TO TASTE THEM AND EVALUATE THEM.
