How can you help Participating Teachers? • Try to avoid assigning them combination classes • Provide support and guidance • Check in with them periodically to ask about the formative assessment process (FACT) • Contact me if you feel they need additional support and/or resources from the Support Provider • Emphasize the importance of the Induction Program so that they do not take on too many extra duties • Ask PTs about any “AHAs” from observations
