Professional Learning is provided to you so that you can meet the Induction Standards…it IS NOT random, but centered around the California Standards for Teaching Profession (CSTPs). Your chosen PD should relate to your ILP goals. 2. 3: 45 Start time is to honor as many teachers as possible. Please make every attempt to arrive on time, but a few minutes late is no big deal. CSTP and the CTP The California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTPs) are in “levels” in the Continuum of Teaching Practice (CTPs) Induction Programs support candidate development and growth in the professional standards, leading to a demonstration of readiness for a clear credential as established through professional goal setting and refined within an Individualized Induction Plan (ILP) 20
