People. Soft employee portal to content in various People. Soft portals April 2 -6, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV USA #C 17 LV 3
HCM Environment – pre-October 2016 • Decision for staged fluid UI rollout: • Rolling out fluid UI for a pilot group minimized any adverse impact from the implementation • Decision for rolling out delivered fluid Self Service apps to a pilot group: • Our International Self Service pilot group users were good candidates for implementing delivered fluid self-service functionality due to the fact they were not on Staff Management or classic Team Member Self Service apps • Staff Management is a home-grown Manager Self Service suite that will require a major effort to convert to the delivered fluid solution April 2 -6, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV USA #C 17 LV 4
Example - HCM Staff Management portal April 2 -6, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV USA #C 17 LV 5
Implemented for HCM in 2016 • Merged our Expert User Portal into the Employee portal • Moved from Classic Navigation to Fluid Navigation for EMPLOYEE Portal Users • Expert (Power) Users • Recruiters • Pilot group of International managers and team members • Added custom code to route the other portals from Fluid branding to classic branding scripts • Created homepages for Expert Users, Recruiters & International Pilot Group • Rolled out Fluid Self-Service content for Pilot Group April 2 -6, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV USA #C 17 LV 6

What’s happening in 2017 at Wells Fargo • Moving to Fluid Navigation for Team Member and Manager Self-Service for all team members • Converting the remaining portals to Homepages on the EMPLOYEE portal • Creating Tiles for the merged portal content • Converting current Navigation Collections from existing portals to Fluid master-detail pages • Preserving the ability to deep link into the application • Staff Management • Personal Information and Pay Tools April 2 -6, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV USA #C 17 LV 11

Challenges faced for our April 2017 Implementation • Related Content can’t be used with Master Detail Navigation Collections • Unable to configure context-specific ‘Help’ content at the navigation level. • We improvised a custom solution with some difficulty • Deep linking into the application does not display company logo or back button (will be resolved with 8. 56) • With Master-Detail pages, the right-hand scroll bar would not appear on long pages • Oracle provided a POC to be delivered in 8. 55. 15 Tools April 2 -6, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV USA #C 17 LV 17
Wells Fargo’s Strategy for Future Fluid Application/Page Rollout • We will convert all of our International users to use the Fluid Manager & Team Member Self Service functionality but… • We do not have a timeline for converting our domestic users to the Fluid content used by our International users or…. • To install any additional Fluid Applications/Pages for US populations • In addition, not all pages will be converted from Classic to Fluid; especially expert user pages • They may be given a ‘Fluid-like’ look: “Classic Plus” April 2 -6, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV USA #C 17 LV 18
Turning on Fluid in a nutshell… • Set Homepage (HPPC option) to Fluid in People. Tools Personalizations • Change Branding Theme to DEFAULT_THEME_Fluid in Portal Branding System Options • Insure PTBR_BRANDING is set as the branding application class • Use Theme Macro Set to override delivered logo and other styling options (no need to modify stylesheet) • Include macro set in branding theme assembly April 2 -6, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV USA #C 17 LV 19
Creating a homepage To create a new homepage, go to Fluid Homepages under Fluid Structure and Content in Peopletools: April 2 -6, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV USA #C 17 LV 20

To add tiles to a homepage It will then show up under the Fluid Pages in Fluid Structure Content for that folder: April 2 -6, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV USA #C 17 LV 23
To add tiles to a homepage Finally, you then select it under the Tiles tab for that particular homepage: April 2 -6, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV USA #C 17 LV 24
Random Notes on Fluid content setup • You determine the order of the tiles by the sequence number of each content reference link listed under the Fluid Page folders. • You can force a tile to appear by setting the tile option to Required. If you set up a new tile as Optional, you will need to run the Tile Publish function on the Tile Tab Content page. • Security for the tiles should be inherited from the content added to the Fluid Structure Content, but we had cases were it needed to be manually added. • Users can personalize their homepages via the hamburger dropdown on the Fluid banner April 2 -6, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV USA #C 17 LV 25
