2021 Open Enrollment October 21 - November 5 • Medical What’s Changing? – Premium increase – Prescription drug changes • Additional classes for diabetes medications will be added to co-pay/co-insurance waiver program • Insulin down-tiering co-pays/co-insurance • Local Benefits – Dental premium increase – Accident, Critical Illness & Whole life plans moving to a new carrier • All employees enrolled in these products will be asked to meet with an on site benefit counselor to discuss changes • FSA – YOU MUST REENROLL IN FSA TO CARRY BENEFITS IN 2021. • Effective 1/1/2020, FSA became a use it or lose it benefit. If funds are not used by 12/31/2020, any remaining in your account will be forfeited.

How does it work? • The employee receives a predefined benefit based on a schedule. • Amounts vary based on type of injury, treatment received, or follow up care required.
