History • One Stop Permitting System • Phase I: Core Foundation – 2011 • Provided access to all permit types administered by the Department • Permits still tracked and administered in PITS • Phase I was completed in 2012 Florida Department of Transportation

History • One Stop Permitting System • Phase II: Automation of the Utility Permit – 2012 • Allowed for the utility permits to be submitted and managed electronically • Phase II was completed in 2013 • Began using current OSP system in 2014 Florida Department of Transportation

OSP Phase III • In March 2016, the Consultant began the requirements gathering for OSP • Joint Application Requirement (JAR) Sessions have been held to gather the high level requirements for the system • Requirements Refinement period has just started and will continue through mid.
