FDOT Specialized Development Program (SDP) · Program was created by FDOT in 2012 · Designed to assist prime contractors on major projects by identifying qualified DBEs to compete for subcontracting opportunities · Provider: Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council (FSMSDC) and Ariel Business Group · All project consultants have extensive experience in the highway construction industry · Currently the program is assisting 22 prime contractors on 46 projects worth almost $10 billion Florida Department of Transportation
