Personal (teamwork) Be better at asking people for help when I need it. Recognize my limits with a task and ask friends, co-workers, and family members to help me by delegating specific tasks to them when necessary. Be considerate of their time as well and not ask too much of them. Personal (balance) Take 30 minutes minimum each day to be “un-plugged” from any technology. Refrain from using any technology for at least 30 minutes a day. Use this time to read, talk with friends/family, or do yoga instead.
