Develop the right attitude Before you start to exercise make sure you are in the right frame of mind to participate in fitness. Your body may be strong but your mind is even stronger. Even if your legs are really hurting, you can do way more than you actually think. If you think that you can do it, you can defiantly do it. Your mind is the difference between succeeding or failing at your goal.

Incorporate more physical exercise into your daily routine By regularly challenging yourself, your fitness will increase everyday. As you improve your fitness you will be able to go a further distance and it will get easier every time. Physical exercise can be included or added into your everyday routines.

Start an exercise regimen and stick to it: 1. Make the time – Most

Start an exercise regimen and stick to it: 1. Make the time – Most people don’t have time to exercise for very long. Even if you are only exercising for 10 -20 minutes per day, you just have to keep it up. It is easier to cut out things that you don’t really need like going to the movies or going shopping. Sometimes you just have to say no! 2. Find an activity you enjoy – Everyone has something that they enjoy better than other things. Not everything is in a gym, it can be walking with a friend, play a sport or just dancing in your room. Enjoyment is the key to success! 3. Stay accountable – Keep a record on how long you exercised for and how far. Keep these notes safe forever so you can look back and see all the hard work you did to get fit. 4. Start with reasonable goals – Don’t start with something you know you won’t be able to do. Start with a slow jog or a short fitness sesson in the gym. As you get fitter you can increase the challenge by testing yourself with higher goals. 5. Track your measurements – Measure the difference of yourself after every time you go to exercise. 6. Learn – While you are exercising another big way to lose weight is to eat healthy. Study the best foods and find a way to keep a diet. 7. Drink water – Drinking water is the best thing you can do for your body. Always bring a water bottle to all the exercising you do so you don’t get dehydrated. 8. Stay motivated – Even though exercising is hard, if you do it consistently it will get easier. When you feel like quitting, think about why you started. NEVER GIVE UP!
