Case Study 1: Sustainability at Tate • New Tate Modern building, St Ives phase 2 – Increase footprint of TM by 60% in area – 72% energy saving and 73% carbon emissions over the existing Tate. • 338 PV panels installed on TM roof – Annual energy yield, 68, 530 k. Wh – Annual revenue: approx. £ 7 K, capital cost £ 100 k • Other projects
