Tegrity: Web-Based Lecture Capture and Retrieval ◦ Recording: �Automatically records, indexes and stores: �Content presented on computer screen �Presenter’s voice (audio) �Video of presenter (if desired) �Automatically creates various delivery formats (e. g. , podcasts). ◦ Playback: �Text search across all recordings in a course �Bookmarks �Chat-enabled ◦ Tracks usage for reporting & monitoring.

What Will it Take to Get Started? 1. Contact Mike White (ITV Operator) to request a user account • Are you ANGEL user • If yes – Great, Tegrity is integrated with ANGEL • If No – No worries, you will use Tegrity portal 2. Have a clear idea of what you want to accomplish (needs assessment) 3. Tegrity recorder software is uploaded on your computer (one time) 4. Schedule a 30 -minute one-on-one basic orientation with Mike White 5. Login, Record, and Publish No training and no software downloads are required for students Student assistance is available at computer lab helpdesk Faculty help is available through Mike or Claver
