Factors Causes Accident A. Human factors included : 1. Attitude in a hurry 2. Confusion, occurs when the mind does not focus on work, physical exhaustion, lack of lighting the lamp 3. 6. Chemical accident • Chemicals that can cause accidents in the industry can be grouped according to these chemical substances : a.
