Pencil Twirls Twirl your pencil or pen in your fingers without dropping it. Try to do it 10 times! Then, switch directions!

In-hand manipulation Materials needed: 1. Coins or other small objects such as blocks, Legos, or pom-poms 2. Small container

In-hand manipulation Step 1: • Using only index finger and thumb to pick up one coin (or other small objects) at a time until they are all in your hand. • Try not to drop any!

In-hand manipulation Step 2: • Place at least 4 -5 small items in the palm of hand • Try using your thumb to move one at a time into the container!
