Phase II Timeline February 2020 Kick-off June 2020 All FAMIS code converted to new programming language October 2020 Final data conversion model tested and complete December 2020 All factory testing complete June 2021 System integration testing finishes December 2021 User Acceptance testing finishes February 2022 Replatformed FAMIS available for use 4
Workstream Highlights • NATURAL code remediation complete for factory certification • BMC Control-M installation and implementation in progress – Process scheduling software – Implementation has begun, training in progress • Database design and data conversion – First data model complete – Second version in progress – Third version likely required • Canopy framework nearing completion 5
Workstream Highlights continued • Managed File Transfer RFP – Seven responses received – Currently under review • UIN Services migration – Moving UIN services off the mainframe and onto Microsoft SQL server and. Net – Same language and platform as the new version of FAMIS and SSO – Go live June 27 6
Testing Workstream • First phase - Factory Certification – a “smoke” test - Complete – Does the application start and appear to work? – All tests executed – validation in progress • Second phase - Factory Exit – Three test bundles delivered, 250 tests – Anubex has begun execution – Multiple bundles in planning. Eight to twelve likely • Third phase - System Integration • Fourth phase - User Acceptance testing 7

Current Status • Factory Certification (Code, Data and JCL Migration) – Completed May 29 and report delivered to TAMUS – Significant project milestone – big achievement by all – End of Phase review with SEA team – including demonstration • Factory Exit – – Preparation work complete Automation for Test Execution implemented Test bundles prepared and delivered by TAMUS team Starting with simple scenarios and building in complexity for both online and batch processes – Twice weekly technical workshops – Infrastructure planning for next phase(s) 10
Update Summary • Test strategy, planning and execution remains high priority and continues to be joint effort and focus area with strong progress • No major blockers or concerns at this time • Project tracking well despite the remote working and logistical challenges • ‘HOT off the press’ – test bundle 1 executed (includes 27 test cases): o 23 Replayed completely – only differences in date/time (normal) o 1 issue (window position) which requires investigation on our side o 4 not replaying due to user permission – these are being re-recorded by TAMUS test team 11
