Financial Management Cookies = Money Every time cookies change hands there should be a signature! The Service Unit Cookie Manager signs for cookies delivered at the depot and is financially responsible for them. At the depot, signatures are collected on the dot sheets or M 9 to transfer financial responsibility to the TCM or designate. These are sent to Terry Mercer at GSCM after the depot. TCM’s have an adult sign when cookies are picked up for a girl’s order. That transfers the financial responsibility to the girl’s guardian

Financial Management Cookies = Money TCM’s must have an original signed Purple T-1 Passport in order to get cookies at a cupboard If a TCM sends someone to the cupboard they must have a Passport and the T-12 TCM’s that give or get cookies from other TCM’s should fill out the T-4/CC-2 form TCM’s should fill out a T-6 to document unpaid monies

Financial Management Council Policies Cookie Prices are set by GSCM. All cookies are $4. 00 except Gluten Free which are $5. No other prices can be charged for cookies All Troop monies should be deposited in the Troop bank account. At no time should it be in personal accounts Credit cards can be used at booths, but you must use company that deposits into Troop bank accounts, such as Square, Intuit. Paypal, Apple pay and other electronic money transfers or are not allowed by GSCM.
