Fee Structure UTM-IDP (Malaysian Students) NO 1. 2. Withdrawal From Studies (Duration and Percentage of Fees Charged) Duration Registration Fee Tuition Fee First Week until Fourth Week of Lectures 100% 500% Fifth Week until Last Week of Lectures 100% i. iii. The percentage of registration and tuition charged is based of the date of application to withdraw from studies. Any outstanding fees must be settled within 30 days from the date of the withdrawal approval letter. Any surplus of fees will be refunded within 30 days from the date of the withdrawal approval letter.

Sponsorship/Loan • Students who received sponsorship must send a copy of the scholarship / loan offer letter to the UTMSPACE • Students who have completed scholarship / loan must pay all fees themselves • Students can apply for PTPTN loan throughonline at www. ptptn. gov. my and students need to open a CIMB Bank Berhad account and sign the CIMB Direct Debit Service Instruction Form.

Employees Provident Fund (EPF) • Students / Parents can withdraw EPF savings to finance tuition fees • Online applicaton on the EPF website, i-Akaun EPF (Member) at the link https: //secure. kwsp. gov. my/member/login • The types of EPF withdrawal applications are as follows: 1. Payment to Member - If fees have been paid to higher learning institution (with condition that the receipt does not exceed one (1) year from application date) 2. Payment to higher learning institution - To settle outstanding tuition fees
