Objectives: • By the end of 2018, real time vehicle tracking for buses and streetcars will be available and by the end of 2025 it will be available for ferries and paratransit. • By 2025, fixed route vehicles arrive ontime 85%+ of the time. • 2017 on-time performance ranges from 65 -78%. 12
