We will focus on the following skills: • Propaganda • Authors Bias • Narrative Story Elements Writing We will be beginning our Informational Writing Unit with a focus on Immigration. • Social Studies • Immigration Progressive Movement • Science Landforms and Oceans We Are Going to Atlanta! Fifth grade is taking our very first overnight field trip to Atlanta! • Please let your teacher know if your child is planning to go with us, and if you are able to chaperone.
