NTPP Evaluation Requirements o STATISTICAL INFORMATION: The Secretary shall develop statistical information on changes in: n motor vehicle, nonmotorized transportation, and public transportation usage o And assess how such changes: n decrease congestion and energy usage, n increase the frequency of bicycling and walking, n and promote better health and a cleaner environment. o Final Report will be submitted to Congress in 2011
