ROVER Tutorial This is a short tutorial prepared by EERI to walk you through

ROVER Tutorial This is a short tutorial prepared by EERI to walk you through the features of ROVER.

 • To evaluate a “damaged building” during the exercise, go to http: //testbed.

 • Enter the username and password that has been sent to you and

 • Below the Evaluation section, to the right of Estimated Building Damage, we

Upload a sample photo from your computer by clicking browse. • Once you have finished the Detailed Evaluation click submit at the bottom of the form
