P/Governing Body/SCF/GCF Board] • FELLOWS: Is the understanding the same in terms of providers of finance being rich developed countries + voluntary recognition of South-South cooperation; recipients being developing countries, particulalry those that are vulnerable - lists? ? • • ASSURANCES: Rich developed will as a mínimum obligation provide european capacity building initiative ecbi • By Paris: • Communicate indicative post 2020 finance undertakings • Adopt transparency provisions and pathways approach, and [replenishment process being core incl. modalities including recipients + adequacy assessment]
