FEEDBACK ON THE STEPS FOR HARMONISING PRESCHOOL CURRICULA
POSITIVE COMMENTS Colleagues were delighted to take part in introducing steps for modernization and innovation of study programs. Individual members have shown willingness to contribute in areas of their interest and work All professors involved agreed and were very positive on project objectives and agreed on steps proposed We believe that steps are in order and do not wish to add or change anything No negative comments or objections were given on correct chronological order of steps listed in presented plan
POSITIVE COMMENTS Team is of the opinion that the proposed steps are properly sorted out Team members agreed that all the steps are included Presented steps were discussed and we all agreed that steps are stated correctly and in chronological order The working team agree with the sequence of the steps There is an agreement that the list contains all the necessary steps for the process of harmonisation and we think that this workflow is well laid out and it is to be fulfilled
OBSTACLES OBSTACLE WHEN IT WILL BE ADDRESSED Only issue is timing – we will accomplish on time all steps anticipated and planned but the legal procedures in the country will not allow us to start implementing new curriculum before September 2019 Discussion on timeline – Thursday 28 th September Procedures, policies and laws – Statute of the University prescribes ways of curricula innovation and the time in which that innovation could be done and the amount of changes that can be done in order to innovate the programme Discussion on timeline flexibility– Thursday 28 th September Joint courses with other Departments Immediate discussion

CONCERNS/SUGGESTIONS – IMMEDIATELY DISCUSSED Step 7 can be omitted because it is included in step 2 After step 6 (development of competencies) all department members should work in team to develop the study programme Because the project envisages cooperation with various stakeholders their timeliness should be taken into account We believe a timeline should be added to the steps
CONCERNS/SUGGESTIONS – IMMEDIATELY DISCUSSED The proposal of the study programme should be followed by the development of a syllabus for every course and that could be stated as step 7. 1 One person from each institution should be responsible for the designated activities All institutions should be ready, flexible and prepared for implementing the action plan
